- All returns must be sent back within 5 business days of date received..
- Original shipping and handling cost will not be refunded or credited.
- A 10% service charge for all returned merchandise for restocking.
- Credit card charges are credited back to original card used.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- All returns must be accompanied by original receipt.
- Accessories, leather goods, and underwear are a FINAL SALE.
- All merchandise must be returned in "new" condition (i.e.: tags intact, no wear or damage).
